 ​After working for fifteen years teaching middle & high school students, I apply my teaching and leadership skills to empower youth and families through art. 

​

I run the Arts4All program at Monroe Middle School in San Jose and facilitate Paint Nights where families collaborate to create beautiful paintings.  

​

I use second-hand and discarded materials to create art such as paintings, journals, bags, and upcycled furniture.  I also use my garden as a canvas to create outdoor environments that are inviting as well as sustainable.
